Mar. 24th 2008 - Banff HomeGrown Art Exhibition
8th Annual Celebration of Original Community Art

The exhibit runs from March 28 - April 25, 2008 at the Banff Town Hall.

This annual exhibition showcases the work of a wide variety of artists living in the Bow Valley. Some are professionals, while others are amateur artists who create art for personal pleasure.

The HomeGrown opening reception will be held at Banff Town Hall (110 Bear Street) on Friday, March 28 from 7 - 9 p.m.

An exciting addition to the reception this year will be the unveiling of the maquettes (miniature models) made by the finalists in the 2008 Banff Public Art Competition. Join us for the evening as we celebrate our local art talent and speculate on which of the maquettes may become Banff's next public art installation.

I will have one monoprint featuring a self portrait in this show.

Jan. 25th 2008 - Gimme Polaroid V - Five Points Arthouse, San Francisco
For the fifth time, Michelle Casciolo of Shady Lanes Productions is assembling Polaroid artists of all levels, ranging from emerging to established, for a spectacular event.More than thirty artists will participate, and the work covers a very broad spectrum of styles, cultural influences and concepts. The theme of this show is work that incorporates text in some way, whether it is an intricate part of the piece, or commentary accompanying the work. Much of the work deliberately defies description and categorization.

        January 25th - February 9th 2008
        Opening January 25th, 7 - 10 PM
Five Points Arthouse 50A Bannam Place

Gimme Polaroid is a celebration of art that is fun, unpretentious and immediately gratifying.

Tiffany will have five of her Polaroid transfers featured in this juried show (see the images below).
